Set in the Countryside near the village of Patrickswell in County Limerick, Fort Ann Farmhouse is located between the Historic City of Limerick and the lovely village of Adare which is frequently described as the most beautiful village in Ireland. It is an ideal base for touring the Shannon region of Limerick, Clare, Tipperary and North Kerry.

Fort Ann Farmhouse is a modern house built in Georgian style, with beautiful furnishings and comfortable accomodation. The guest sitting room with open fire looks out onto the lovely flower garden to the front of the house. The bedrooms, all with en-suite shower and toilet are tastefully furnished and are provided with a TV and hot drink making facilities.

Behind the house lies a working dairy and dry stock farm where guests are very welcome to visit and watch the day-to-day activities of a typical Irish farm.
