Lelia Street is an apartment development purpose built for students located opposite the Department of Art & Design on Clare Street, and just 5 minutes walk from the city centre.  The building can house up to 90 students in its 30 apartments offering the option of shared twin rooms or single rooms.  En suites are also available.  Specially designed apartments cater for disabled students.  The apartments offer all the comforts of home with bed linen included along with tvs and all modern conveniences in the kitchen including laundry facilities.  Each apartment has a telephone which allows free calls between apartments in the building and also provides a pre paid call service to outside numbers (call card system).  Free internet access and free cable tv are also provided.  Lelia House also has a modern and comfortable common room with snack and drinks vending machines.  Secure parking is another extra offered in this development.  An on site caretaker is also present for the benefit of the students.
