210kms (131 mls). Circle cycle route in the heart of Munster and stretching across north Cork, Limerick and South Tipperary where the three counties meet. The route climbs out of the valley at Lismore, goes high over the Kilworth Mountains 300m, across the River Blackwater valley, northwesterly passing the Ballyhoura Hills and the Galtee Mountains, runs along the bottom of the Glen of Aherlow, below the majestic mountain Galtymore, and on through the River Suir valley to Cahir.
